CHP will maintain our Behavioral Health programs in West Yellowstone following the discontinuation of our West Yellowstone Medical Clinic.
CHP offers behavioral health services to established primary care patients via in-clinic visits, telehealth visits through Epic MyChart, and support by telephone. Behavioral Health Therapists treat individuals of all ages and offer individual, couples, and family sessions. The staff is comprised of licensed counselors and social workers, as well as counseling license candidates and student interns who are supervised by licensed clinical staff.
In addition to traditional therapy, CHP offers therapeutic groups and integrated behavioral health support from clinicians who work side by side with the primary care teams at our clinics. These clinicians, or Behavioral Health Consultants, provide support as requested by the medical teams and/or patients for a variety of behavioral health needs to improve overall health outcomes, tend to the strong connection between mind and body, and to address immediate or intermittent mental health or emotional needs.
Outside of our health clinics, CHP also offers some outpatient behavioral health services at alternative locations through partnership programs and collaborates with community partners to support mental and behavioral wellness in the communities we serve.
