Billy grew up in Oakvale, West Virginia, and then migrated out west to Montana, where he earned his BS degree in applied psychology and his master’s degree in counseling with a focus in marriage and family both from Montana State University. His entire career has been focused on working with underserved populations. Billy loves that patients at CHP have a voice about their own care and that providers work with clients to ensure the best possible care. In his spare time, Billy enjoys playing music on his guitar. His passion for music is a large part of his self-care and wellness. Billy also enjoys playing sports and supporting his favorite athletic teams, such as the MSU Bobcats!
