If you still are not heard by the CHP staff, you may need to allow zoom to access your microphone. This pop up may display for you after clicking ‘Join Audio’:

You will need to Navigate to your Settings >> Privacy >> Microphone and allow zoom to access the microphone:

If the above does not apply and you still cannot see or hear the provider you may have your audio or video turned off within the app.

To turn these on from your phone or tablet tap the screen to select the buttons at the bottom of the meeting (these should not be red or crossed out):

Audio/Video Laptop or Computer

To turn on the camera or Join Audio on from a laptop or computer, hover over the meeting to see the bottom bar and click on the video camera to “Start Video” or “Join Audio”. When joining audio from your computer you will need to select either computer audio or use a separate phone in order to call into the meeting.

If your microphone is not functioning on your computer, you may see a warning. If you are not able to fix this, it is recommended to switch to Phone Call to access audio for the visit.
